Pre-construction and construction services to update the Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. The project was a complete renovation to dining areas. It includes a new modernized bar area, new dining to accommodate 100 members and guests, and a new private wine/dining room.

The Mystic Community Clubhouse project is a new ground-up facility serving a planned community. Amenities include interior and exterior gathering areas, kitchen, meeting room, locker rooms, covered patios, negative-edge pool with swimming lanes, a children’s activity area, and natural turf areas for entertainment. Site improvements include parking, lighting, and extensive walkways and natural areas with site-harvested stone retaining walls and features. The community center is constructed of ground face masonry walls, steel roof structure, and integral curtain walls with folding door panels to embrace the spectacular views and weather.

Landscaping, site improvements and signage, cabinetry and millwork. Relocated mechanical equipment from roof over conference center to roof over hallway and liturgy center.

A new dining establishment to bring Sierra Bonita Ranch (founded in the late 1800’s) back to life with a modern twist. The goal of this ground-up project was to replicate the old southwest feel using today’s building standards. The project was a great success and the atmosphere fits perfectly with the outstanding southwestern menu it offers.
