Construction of a new ground-up pre-engineered metal building and drone development and testing facility (UAS/UAV) for the Maricopa County Community College District. The new facility accommodates drone pilot training in a 50' tall, 30,000 SF structure with netting overhead. The project also included new electrical power feeds/data conduits; and renovation and expansion of existing, and construction of new open-air Aviation Test Cells.
EMBRY RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY BUILDINGS 37 & 59
RENOVATION

Complete interior demolition and renovation of Buildings 37 and 59, each approximately 2,000 SF. The scope of work included new exterior doors, windows and siding, as well as new interior framing, finishes, and systems. The renovation project was completed on a busy operating university campus.
