Ridge Park Townhomes is a 21-unit ground-up development project in Grand Junction, CO. A design-build project with community involvement throughout the planning process, converting a high-density multifamily project to a lower-density neighborhood.

3,500 SF custom home remodel on a one-acre site. Renovations to the interior included the master suite and bath. Renovated the pool area with pavers surrounding entire home, and added a new roof system. The client’s intent was to renovate an older home into a ‘Palm Springs’ mid-century jewel.
