Tatum Highlands Medical Associates Plaza Suite Five is the new home of Dr. Royal Anspach. Caruso coordinated the design-build project and managed the activities of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors. The build-out included a reception area, conference rooms, offices, exam rooms, processing labs, and break area. This fast-track project was completed on schedule.

Office and laboratory improvement project located in Technolab's home in Tempe. The build-out included a reception area, conference rooms, offices, processing labs, and break area. Caruso coordinated all the activities of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical consultants and successfully completed this fast-track project on schedule.

A 10,000 SF building was converted from a granite countertop manufacturing facility into a warehouse distribution center. Improvements included office additions with metal stud framing, drywall, doors, windows, floors, and ceilings, as well as roof framing, insulation, and electrical modifications throughout the facility.

A highly technical renovation project of a data center, tape storage facility, and quality control facilities with critical redundant power and HVAC systems.
