CLUBHOUSE REINVENTION  

Design-build services to reinvent the Gainey Ranch Golf Clubhouse. The project included new structural systems, operable glass walls, wine storage, ADA ramps, high-end finishes, for new restaurant areas, bars, patios, offices, and ball rooms.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

New gourmet Italian restaurant constructed in a 100-year-old building originally built as a theater. The project involved demolition to the shell, structural modifications, new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, kitchen, bar, wine storage, covered patio, and storefront. The millwork and most fixed furnishings were custom built in Caruso’s workshop.

RESTAURANT RENOVATIONS

The clubhouse remodel in Munds Park, Arizona, aimed to improve functionality and aesthetics while preserving its charm. Key updates included a complete overhaul of the dining room, creating a contemporary space, and transforming the bar into a stylish focal point for social gatherings. 

RESTAURANT & CLUBHOUSE REINVENTION 

Renovation to the existing clubhouse, entry, hallway, kitchen, new main bar, and dining facility. Alterations included the health club facility and a new 1,100 SF splash pad in the pool area.  

NEW CLUBHOUSE, POOL, & NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES 

New facility for a planned community, featuring interior and exterior gathering spaces, a kitchen, meeting room, locker rooms, covered patios, a negative-edge pool, a children's activity area, and natural turf for entertainment. Site enhancements include parking, lighting, and extensive walkways with stone retaining walls. The center is built with ground face masonry, a steel roof, and curtain walls with folding doors to showcase views and weather. 

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Preconstruction and construction services for multi-use partitionable conference rooms, gift shop, dining facility, lobby, children’s liturgy training suites, offices, and 1,200 SF commercial kitchen. Landscaping, site improvements and signage, cabinetry and millwork. Relocated mechanical equipment from roof over conference center to roof over hallway and liturgy center. 

RESTAURANT & CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION 

Renovation and reconfiguration of the members bar and restaurant at the Anthem Ironwood Clubhouse.

RESTAURANT & CLUBHOUSE REINVENTION 

Complete reinvention of interior and exterior facilities: new bars, restaurants, meeting rooms, wine room, reception area and lobby, patios, cart paths, storage facilities, and a fitness center. Caruso partnered with the owner and design team to bring the vision to life.

BUILDING RENOVATION

This project was a 7,500 SF building renovations which included two additions and updates to the dining areas, the bar, and the kitchen. Major upgrades were made to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including a new underground plumbing system. The kitchen received three new walk-in coolers, and extra equipment. Amenities included a private dinig area, booths, upgraded restrooms, and alarge bar wtih outdoor seating overlooking the golf course.

TENNIS CLUB FACILITIES REINVENTION 

Reconfiguration and new construction for tennis facilities including a new pro shop, members locker and restroom facilities. Exterior upgrades included a new members' dining deck and tennis court observation deck.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Caruso partnered with The Cortez Bar and made a beautiful transformation of the entryway, dining area, bar, refreshment nook, rear dining space, kitchen, and restrooms. Each area has been thoughtfully redesigned to create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The new decor, layout, and ambiance reflect a harmonious blend of style and comfort, making it a perfect destination for guests.

RESTAURANT & CLUBHOUSE REINVENTION

The Seville Clubhouse renovation was completed in two phases. Phase one introduced a family gaming area with a golf simulator. Phase two added new dining rooms with custom seating, a four-sided indoor/outdoor bar, and patio improvements. Unique features include new ceilings with recessed lighting, custom wall designs, and architectural wood panels. 

RESTAURANT RENOVATION

The design combines contemporary elegance with Scottsdale's vibrant spirit, creating a welcoming atmoshpere. The interior features sleek lines, modern fixtures, and warm color palette. Kitchen upgrades aim for efficiency and support a diverse menu celebrating local flavors. The exterior patio transforms into an inviting oasis with comfortable seating and abmient lighting, while the entrance was redesigned for a grand impression, reflecting sophistication and warmth.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

This project converted a former Office Max into an indoor putting course with food and beverage options, a patio, retail, club fitting services, and office space. 

RESTAURANT RENOVATIONS 

Design-build services to update Oro Valley Country Club's Bar & Grill. The project  included a new modernized bar area and restaurant to accommodate 100 members and guests.
